Becker Vineyards

Becker Vineyard's winery is a 10,000 square foot facility which is a reproduction of a late 19th century German stone barn, a prevalent style of the Texas Hill Country.  Since first opening in 1996, three winery expansions have taken place to accommodate 74 fermentation tanks and over 3000 barrels used during the aging process.  The winery is the largest purchaser of French and American Oak barrels in the state of Texas. Guided tours are conducted hourly on the weekends and on a limited basis during the week.  The production and bottling operation is a year-round process.  Our "state of the art" Italian designed bottling equipment was customized just for Becker Vineyards and will process 55 bottles per minute. Many of our wines are fully distributed within the state of Texas and can be bought retail.  Most of the wines we feature at the winery are winery exclusive.

Das Peach Haus

The Tasting Room offers expertly orchestrated tastings from two Texas wineries, which change out every two months. Wines cover the waterfront of flavor experiences, from white to red with stops for rose along the way, and from dry to a little sweet. With guidance, the taster walks away from the experience understanding the many faces and pleasures of wine a bit better, along with some of the techniques in vineyard and winery that make it the way it is

Hilmy

The Hilmy Cellars label produces and bottles wine in small lots from 100% Texas-raised fruit.   In every bin, vat, tank, or barrel, we attempt to make a true wine with the utmost of care and guidance, which we then respectfully submit to you.  Although we are still a young winery, even the most seasoned and well-versed of wine aficionados will be able to appreciate the many and significant transformations the wines find themselves undergoing presently.  Over the years, it is also our hope to produce wines for increasingly later release and subsequent enjoyment.  Do stay tuned.  These wines, some of which are currently in barrel and cask, should prove to be very interesting, indeed.

Hye Rum

Thoughtfully aged in imported French oak barrels using the highest quality non-GMO molasses and fashioned after the finest rums in the world. Endless experimentation and research of French and Caribbean rum characteristics for the very best quality rum. Brought to you with distinction and double-distilled in our old fashioned copper pot still with care.

Lost Draw

Lost Draw Cellars is committed to producing quality wines that highlight the unique terroir of the Texas High Plains. We pride ourselves on planting grapes that thrive in the semi-arid climate of the region and strive to continuously improve the growing process in a sustainable way to enhance the character and structure of our wines. Our founding families invite you to enjoy the results of our hard work and dedication to true Texas winemaking.

Ron Yates

Ron Yates is the sister winery to Spicewood Vineyards, which has been producing distinguished Texas Hill Country wines that are known for their timeless appeal and exceptional character since 1992. Our family winery draws on our years of experience in making award winning wines at Spicewood Vineyards, and on our Texas roots.

Southhold Cellar(reservations only)

Southold Farm + Cellar is a winery and vineyard that started on the North Fork of Long Island and that now exists in Gillespie County, Texas. We are and always will be a winery whose sole mission is to make wines that speak of place and time, that thrill and delight our friends, family and ourselves. Our winemaking decisions are dictated by what has happened during that season, not a set of pre-ordained “way of doing things.”

We rely heavily on our intuition and a bit of experience. Each fermentation, each wine is a learning experience, and we hope it always remains that way. And of course, all is for naught, if these wines don’t taste great. No fanatical dogma just the belief that less is better and that the important work begins and ends in the vineyard.

Texas Heritage

Yes, we have a vineyard! Grape varietals planted are Allicante Bouchet, Malbec, Tempranillo, Souzao, Tannat and Viognier. Eleven and a half acres at the current time. We plan to plant three more acres next spring. The vineyard is located at 3796 Grapetown Rd, outside of Fredericksburg, sounds like a joke right? Grapetown? Its true. Our first Estate wines will be ready soon.

Vintners Hideaway

We are a family owned and operated boutique wine tasting room with a passion from promoting 100% Texas Fine Wines. We are the home of Rustic Spur Vineyards and Rivenburgh Wine Labels. We showcase other vintners from across Texas who produce Fine Wines
